Una villetta sulla Baia di Makari a due passi dal mare

La casa fa parte di un gruppo di villette all’interno di un residence ( Isulidda) sul mare (100 m), lontano dai rumori e dal traffico delle auto.Si affaccia sulla baia rocciosa di Makari in un golfo chiuso tra cala Mancina e monte Cofano dove si possono godere dei tramonti straordinari.
La villetta è disposta su due piani , ha tre locali e puo’ ospitare 6 persone. Al piano terra : un ampio soggiorno con divano e letto  angolo cottura fornito di frigorifero con freezer e forno, bagno con doccia, una camera da letto matrimoniale. Al piano superiore: letto matrimoniale , un letto singolo, bagno. Terrazze panoramiche con vista sul mare al piano terra e primo piano. Terrazzo lato cucina con barbecue e doccia esterna. Un posto auto. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi fuori dal residence con spiaggetta di ciottoli e scogli. Il paese di SanVito e la sua spiaggia sono a 3.5 Km  . A monte del residence un ristorante “ Il pocho” con terrazza sul mare.

The house belongs to a group of houses set on a hill at walking distance from the seaside (100 m), away from noise and car traffic.
The property overlooks the rocky bay of Makari, in a gulf between Cala Mancina and mount Cofano where the sun sets. The house is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor: a double bedroom , a large living room with a bed and sofa, a small kitchen with fridge/freezer and oven, a restroom with shower. On the first floor: a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is also a barbecue grill and a shower. There are panoramic terraces with seaside view on both ground and first floor. There is a third terrace on the hillside witha barbecue grill. The town of San Vito and the sandy beaches are 3.5 km (about 2 miles) away. A restaurant overlooking the sea, “il pocho”, perched on the hill is also at walking distance.
