The Cous Cous with fish is a speciality of San Vito’s gastronomy. It is prepared with corn semolina and fish soup.

As second course fish, fish and again fish. Totani, a smaller size and tender kind of calamari are a delicacy and need to be tasted. They are cooked in different ways: grilled, fried and in tomato sauce.
To end a wonderful meal pastries and ice cream should not be missed and can satisfy the sweetest tooth of all.
Moreover, San Vito has became famous for Pizza, many places with their small tables at the promenade offer a wide variety of Pizzas at cheap prices and at any time of day and late night.
The ice creams are also a dessert deserving to be taste.
