The restaurant

The Trinacria's restaurant is open to the Palm Sunday until October, for hotel guests and passers-by who want to enjoy a menu dedicated to using fresh produce and combining tradition with innovation.
Lots of courses chosen for the hotel guests: ten of the first, second, including fish, meat, vegetables and cheese, a large buffet of side dishes and to end the meal, the desserts of the day or fresh fruit.
