Villetta Lombardo is located in San Vito lo Capo about 5 minutes from the beach, in a quiet and well served area.

The house is on two floors for a total of 50sqm plus an external veranda of about 40sqm.

The first floor consists of a double bedroom with a small balcony, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with a comfortable shower.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen - living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second bathroom also equipped with a shower and an anteroom with a washing machine and built-in wardrobe.

Convenient, comfortable and well equipped is the large covered veranda with a canopy and equipped with a third shower, sink and kitchenette for cooking outdoors.

Small dogs are allowed as long as hygiene is safeguarded.
