Villa Ibiscus

 Villa Hibiscus  is located on the eastern edge of the beach of San Vito Lo Capo and consists of two apartments, one ground floor and one on the first floor.

The two houses have a separate entrance.

Ground floor:
Large apartment, with entrance from the porch on the west side of the house, has an airy and fresh living room with a sofa and dining area with fireplace, and is connected by two steps to a large kitchen in masonry.
The living area overlooks the sea side of a large covered veranda with dining table for 10 people and has access to the garden.
It has three bedrooms, one double (if necessary with cot bed) and two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, TV, washing machine, and outside a BBQ with marble table. The outdoor areas are accessible by guests, shaded by pine trees on the side of the road.

From the garden you have access directly to the beach (pictured left) and you can use the outdoor shower under a typical fig tree.
The villa, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, is a few hundred meters from the town center and has a parking space for each apartment.
In the garden there is also a children's play area.

On the left side of the beach you can rent chairs and umbrellas.

First floor: Accessed by an external staircase and a veranda. For guests there is a double room (if necessary with cot-bed), one twin bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance-living room with double sofa bed, a dining room and kitchen, with access to a large veranda-solarium on the beach. The apartment has a kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and TV. In the garden BBQ area available.
