Ten great live events, all free, on the beach of San Vito Lo Capo
Also this year the Cous Cous Fest, famous festival of cultural integration, celebrates its 27th edition from 20 to 29 September in San Vito Lo Capo , presenting a dynamic program of ten free concerts and shows. The program includes a series of artists that embrace a variety of musical genres and styles, a 2024 edition, therefore, that promises to be an unmissable event for all music and culture enthusiasts.
La Rappresentante di Lista will be the first to perform on September 20. The band, known for its sound that spans different musical genres, has earned public acclaim with four studio albums and two live albums. Their success continues with flagship songs such as "Amare" and "Ciao Ciao" , both certified Platinum and Fourth Platinum respectively.
On September 21st , the event will continue with the PopShock Big Beach Party, which promises an explosive party with good music and spectacular choreography, curated by Marco Basciano, Alessio Librizzi and Kid Gamma.
The next day, September 22, I Ricchi e Poveri will take the stage, showing off their long career of over 50 years of successes. The group, beloved by audiences of all ages thanks to songs such as "La prima cosa bella", "Mamma Maria" and "Sarà perché ti amo". I Ricchi e Poveri , with 22 million records sold and 30 albums released, they are the most famous Italian group in the world as well as having become a cult phenomenon.
On Monday, September 23, Disco Club Paradiso will invade San Vito Lo Capo with their dance pop rhythm. The band, born in school, gained popularity with their participation in X Factor Italy in 2022 and the release, in 2024, of their first album, “Come smettere con l'Università”.
On September 24, I Sing Sicily will perform the most famous songs from the Sicilian repertoire in a show that combines traditional music, exciting videos and compelling stories by Sergio Friscia and Stefania Blandeburgo.
Sud Sound System , emblem of Salento and pioneers of Italian raggamuffin, will perform on September 25th , bringing all their energy and unique sound to the Cous Cous Fest audience.
Piero Pelù will perform on Thursday 26 September with his Deserti Tour 2024 which takes its name from the latest album by the Florentine rocker, his most recent songs, such as Novichok or Maledetto Cuore, will be present in the set together with the great successes of the past of Litfiba and some of his solo pieces.
On September 27 , it will be the turn of Rose Villain , fresh from the success of the song “Click boom!” and the album “Radio Sakura” at Sanremo. The young singer will stop in San Vito Lo Capo with her summer tour, the “Radio Sakura Summer Tour 2024” ; it will be the occasion to listen live for the first time to the new hits from the album that reveal the artist's most intimate nature to the public.
On Saturday, September 28, Big Mama will focus on issues of discrimination and homophobia in her intense and powerful performances. The special evening will also include a fashion show on the themes of integration and the award ceremony of the World Championship.
Finally, on Sunday 29th September, the festival will end with the performance of the cabaret artist and impersonator Leonardo Fiaschi , entitled “Mai stato io” , a show between cabaret and music, thanks also to the great musical support of the DB Day's Band. A unique and original show of its kind, suitable for all ages.
Live performances will take place on the stage of the beach of San Vito Lo Capo at 22:30. All shows are free.
A dense and dynamic program that will offer ten days of great musical emotions and cultural integration.
