Tipico piatto di antipasto da pizzeria
This tasty dish can be found in almost all pizzerias in the Trapani area, if you don't like onions you can also prepare it in the simplest version with only mozzarella.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 2 Red onion
- 2 Mozzarella cheese
- 300 g Cherry tomatoes
- q.s. Origan
- q.s. Olive oil
- q.s. Salt and pepper
Process
Patate vastase al forno
Peel 1 kg. of potatoes , cut them into pieces and place them in a baking tray greased with oil.
Add 2 finely chopped onions , oregano , salt , pepper and olive oil .
Put everything in the oven for about 40 minutes, check that the potatoes are well cooked.
Take the pan out of the oven and add the chopped mozzarella , the cherry tomatoes cut in half and put back in the oven to melt the mozzarella.
Serve the passatese potatoes hot... it will be a success!
