Like every year, the cous cous races will be two: the Italian Championship Bia Couscous and the Cous Cous World Championship.
Choose which of the two races to take part.
In the Italian Competition six chefs will be challenged through a national contest. The winner will represent Italy at the Cous Cous World Championship.
The World Championships will see the chefs of 10 countries including Italy.
