The heart of the festival remains the official competition, divided into four sections: feature films, documentaries, short films and animations . In addition to the screenings, there will be meetings with directors, workshops for children and teenagers, excursions and experiential activities aimed at both residents and visitors.
The SiciliAmbiente Film Festival is promoted by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, by Demetra Produzioni and by the cultural association Cantiere 7, with the support of the Sicilia Film Commission.
